ORDER PLACEMENT POLICY

Currently, orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days. Orders will not be canceled or refunded due to turn around times! Shirts are processed for printing after your order is placed. Oftentimes blank shirts have to be ordered in. Please be sure when placing your order that you are sure you’d like to place an order. 

Please note, during high volume sales (i.e. seasonal or holiday designs), discounts and promotions, some orders may take a few extra days to process.

We are a small, husband and wife operated, shop and we do our very best to get your orders out in a timely manner!

If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing the order to ensure that we are able to get it to you within the timeframe needed.

We ship through USPS, so shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once your order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number. We do not offer "expedited" shipping at this time.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow 3-4 business days for standard shipping and 2-8 business days for economy to be delivered. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Little Western Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Little Western Brand will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please note that economy shipping does NOT include insurance on packages. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The Little Western Brand ships to most countries.

  • Please be aware that The Little Western Brand is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.
  • All international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.
